Some items may be listed as "coming soon" or available for pre-order. Pre-order availability, estimated ship dates, and quantities are subject to change. We will communicate any significant delays or changes to the email address you provide at checkout.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

We are currently preparing to ship our first products. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and posted on this page once orders are ready to leave our hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Returns and refunds
